Brief Answer:
Safe period explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
Safe days in regular menstrual cycle stay the same i.e. from day 1 of periods to day 10 and then from day 19 of periods till periods commence.
These are most probable safe days and in some patients in some cycles there can be erratic ovulation and thus pregnancy can still occur even if intercourse was done only in safe periods
So this calendar method has a high failure rate and thus should be supplemented with condom use or if you find it cumbersome then use oral contraceptive pills on regular basis which will regulate her periods and give contraception too.
All the best.
Regards
Dr Manisha.

Brief Answer:
Whole things explained

Detailed Answer:
No dear, first let her periods come naturally
and then start the pill pack pack from day 1 of periods.
Wach pack has 21 pills to be taken daily from day 1-21 without a miss.
On leaving the last pill she will have periods in 3-5 days and then start a new pack from day 1 again.
Many brands like XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and crisanta are available easily in market.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Wait for spontaneous periods

Detailed Answer:
Nothing needs to be done and just wait for periods which will come in a week or so.
In case she still doesn't get them then she will need progesterone for withdrawal of periods which is a prescription drug so you will need to visit a gynaecologist for that.
Take care
