Question: Hi I am married , and I have regular periods , but since last 40 days I did not have period , however I have tried various ways by eating papaya and till , but could not succeed in the same
Please advice me immediate solution ,
As , I suspect pregnancy...but I want abortion,

Papaya will not help you to get a period.
And 1 tablet of Norethisterone is not at all a correct dosage.
Please take a pregnancy test first of all.
If you are pregnant, I will then guide you regarding the procedure for an abortion.
IF you are not pregnant, the medication is different to induce a period.
So it is very important to take a pregnancy test first of all.
Please take a pregnancy test tomorrow morning, and let me know the result.

I have tested for pregnancy kit--the line near the test is very minute or lighter version of baby pink and control is dark pink.

Please suggest solution

IF there are two lines, it means positive result.
Are there two lines ?
If you are not sure, then take a photo of the result strip and send it to me.
And the test should be taken with early morning urine sample.
