Suggest Ways For Fast Conception While On Fertyl And Normoz
Question: Hi,
I am 26 years old and married for 2 years, recently I came to know that I have PCOD problem. I reduced weight and now my periods are on time 30 days.
Regular periods is from 6 months. Doctor prescribed me fertyl from 2 months along with that normoz. But still I am not getting pregnant. I have severe back ache lower abdomen pain before 10 days of my period.
Could you please suggest what is going with me?Is Fertyl effective in conceiving? If so why am I not?.
Have extreme cramping during periods as well.

I would start fertyl again from tomorrow.
Doctor gave me Normoz tablets for PCOD.
This was 2 month I took fertyl.
I had done ultrasound scan at that time I got to know that its PCOD.
I am doing yoga daily which has helped me in keeping my periods regular now.

Last month 24th I got my periods and today I got so when is the best time for me and my husband to be in contact.

Yes,you can take high protein and low carbohydrate diet to control your weight and increase your fertility.
As you had 29-30 days cycle, you can try around ovulation which occurs usually 14 days before your expected period date,in your case it occurs around 15-16th day of your menstrual cycle for maximum benefit.
Alternate day sex is also a better option and track your ovulation through ovulation kit.
Please do not take any stress because it will further decreases your fertility.
