Suggest Treatment To Keep Blood Pressure Under Control

Question: I am B. P patient, my B P is 140/90 as per our doctor advice, i take telpress H-40, and also my serum triglycerides stand on 304 i.e higer side, doctor advice to take TONACT TG 10 mg for two month, now my age is 39 years, kindly advice my diagonosis is going in right way yes or no.

Yes your diagnosis and treatment is going in the right way, but since you are 39 only I advise a much strict control of your BP , somewhere 130/80 is desirable. If you are not doing any kind of exercise I advise you to start and if you are doing exercise I advise you to increase the intensity or the duration.

If in spite of doing good exercise your BP remains 140/90 only then it is better to increase the dosage of your BP medications.

Your medication for triglycerides is correct , continue the same .
