Brief Answer:
Wrong Interpretation of semen analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about Semen analysis report.

Following is my reply:

1) Your semen analysis report shows low motility and morphology but normal count.

2) It has been reported as oligospermia by mistake as sperm count is normal and there is nothing to worry about count.

3) To improve motility and morphology , you need to do life style modification such as exercise regularly and have low calorie diet. Your wife also has to follow these instructions as there is increased lipids in her bosy.

4) There is no much problem and hence dont worry about it.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Brief Answer:
Life style modification required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Women with PCOS are known to have delayed periods. You both need to follow low calorie diet with regular excercise to improve your sperm motility / morphology and your wife's ovulation as well as reduce her cholesterol / lipid levels.

You can take medicines like Maxoza -L for 3 months.

There is no specific food control needed.

Brief Answer:
No issues in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There won't be problem if she gets pregnant. Child growth and development will not be effected.

Your wife's periods are difficult to get regularised as she has PCOS. Regular exercise might help her to get periods regularly.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
