Question: Hi Doc, 1.I cant get Sleep after gone to Bed... It takes some 40-45 mins to sleep sometime more... By that time thinking of Past,Future,Funny things... My Mind not stop to think and get sleep.... 2.How to sleep even when sounds comes from sides

Thanks Doctor,Feeling Anxious like happens sometimes . I've started Exercising one week before after some 2 years... I am reading many Articles on Internet about Anxiety and Depression but not sure how many of them written by professionals like you.. i've this doubts on this for quite long time... 1.What is Anxiety 2.what are the Symptoms of Anxiety(How to know i am Anxious or not) 3.what are the Mental and physical problems caused by Anxiety 4.How to stop Anxiety Waiting for your reply doctor. Brief Answer: My replies are below. Detailed Answer: Thank you for getting back. 1. Anxiety refers to a condition where people think too much especially about negative things, and worry a lot about future. There may be fear also present. Sleep may also be disturbed. 2. Above symptoms (as in 1) 3. There could be lack of concentration, lack of memory, lack of confidence, fear of achieving success, fear of failure, less energy, etc. The person may feel tired and fatigued. 4.
