Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing to us.
I appreciate that you have stopped drinking and eating Non veg.
Along with you need to some more changes in your diet.
Add fiber contains food to your diet like especially Oranges, Green vegetables, fruits, whole grains.
Drink plenty of water 8 glasses of water daily.
Adding fiber and drinking more water make your stool softer and makes emptying the bowel easier and decrease pressure on piles.
It can prevent constipation and hemorrhoids(Piles).

I would give some suggestions:
Apply local anesthetic gel like 2%Xylocaine before defecation and before bed time.
Ibuprofen 250 mg for pain.
Take laxatives like lactulose with your local doctor prescription.
Sitz bath: Take warm water in a tub, add 1 spoon of salt and cover your anal area, sit for 15-20 minutes. you need to do two times a day. After bowel movement and before bed time.
It will be effectively relieve you symptoms.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
