Brief Answer:
Fiber, undigested part of drugs you take;candida infection of bowels...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

1. You are reporting to have seen one of your stool having a small white area on it just one time with no other symptoms: no yellowing of the skin or eyes, no weight loss, no swollen glands.

2. As it was only one episode of seeing stool with white area on it, to my opinion, it should not be worrisome.

3. There might be various causes to this:
- candida infection of the bowels
- fiber
- part of any of the drugs you are using which has passed in the stool undigested.

I advise to observe your stool for the next following days and see if the white area will appear again. Once you notice it, take as sample and send to your doctor's office and/or lab for further evaluations. You can send a photo to me also for a second opinion.

All the best!
Dr.Klerida
