Brief Answer:
Looks like Dental Hypersensitivity..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As your teeth are turning yellow as well as sensitive then it is most probably due to deposits of plaque and tartar on teeth that can cause infection as well as the teeth becomes more sensitive due to opening of nerve endings over the teeth..
This condition where teeth becomes hypersensitive is known as Dentinal Hypersensitivity..
If a tooth is turning black then it can be probably due to decay.
I would also like to know that the tooth that is turning black is painful or not?

For the yellowness of teeth you should get a thorough scaling done..
Also start using anti sensitivity toothpaste..
Avoid very cold and very hot foods as they can aggravate sensitivity..
Also avoid acidic foods..

If possible please click pictures of your teeth and upload it here so that I can advise you more appropriately..

Please revert back with answers and pictures..

Regards..

The tooth is not paining .
However there is one more new tooth coming which is covered with skin and hence paining .

Brief Answer:
Scaling should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
As per the image you attached I can clearly see deposits over the teeth..
Scaling will definitely help in making the teeth look whiter also..
Also I would like to tell you that you should learn a proper brushing technique from your Dentist as it will help in maintaining teeth healthier and clean in future..
Start using anti sensitivity toothpaste..
Once the sensitivity subsides and if you want your teeth to be whiter you can do for teeth whitening procedure like bleaching..
The new tooth that is coming appears to be wisdom tooth and the gum flap is appearing swollen and painful..
Please click an image and send for further confirmation so that I can advise you appropriately..

Hope this helps..

Brief Answer:
Deposits occurs due to improper brushing..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
If you take lots of citrus and acidic foods then it can cause loss of minerals from teeth and cause sensitivity..
Also if there are lots of deposit on teeth they can be due to poor oral hygiene maintenance then it can also cause sensitivity..
Please tell me your location so that I can advise you tooth paste accordingly..

Hope this helps..
