Brief Answer:
it might be fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the burning and itching around the anus might suggest fungal infection or dermatitis or allergy or piles.
Fungal infection might need antifungal creams for local application.
If you are sexually active then the condom usage also might cause allergy.
Piles also might cause similar complaints but it is associated with blood during passing motion and history of passing hard stools.
Avoid using scented deodorants over the area or scented tissues.
Wear loose cotton inners.
Consult doctor to get examination done to rule out the infection.
Take cetrizine tablet twice a day to relieve from itching.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
