Brief Answer:
Click is suggestive of a fracture.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history of felling on nose a few weeks back, very small cut and click at the top with a bit soreness.

If there is no deformity externally and if you do not have any blockage, nothing more needs to be done.

You may please consult a Doctor preferably an ENT Surgeon if you have any associated problem.

The click may be suggestive of a fracture and a simple support by adhesive skin tapes can hasten the healing (if needed), as it is already a few weeks that have passed.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask further queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Please let me know if you have any associated problem.

Have a great day.
