Suggest Treatment For Whitish Vaginal Discharge And Burning Sensation In Labia Minora
Question: i have been getting whitish substance deposit again n again every month. its candidiasis..i went to gynae nd urologist. i took med and applied cream. again whenever we start planning for a child post intercourse i get burning sensation and then in a day or two this white substance and burning in labia minora. why is this happening.

Hello, I understand your health concern.
It is usually a very difficult problem to eradicate as a whole, follow these steps -
- local hygiene in the form of use of cotton based undergarments and keep the area dry and wear loose pants so as to have good circulation of air.
- use vWash or intiwash daily after taking bath
- take tablet ecoflora or floreva daily vaginally at night time for a month
- take secnidazole tablet 2 gram stat (one time)
- take tablet fluconazole tablet 150 mg once a week for 4 weeks.
- give your partner ASF kit or triokit once at the start of treatment and then after 15 days.
- use condoms while having sex till the treatment is on (one month).
I know you are trying for conception but once eradicated then it will help in a healthy pregnancy also.
