Brief Answer:
Possibly Pearly Penile Papules from the pictures.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.

From your description, history and pictures, they are most possibly pearly penile Papules which are absolutely normal to have this.

It is nothing but tiny white sebaceous glands (oil producing glands) and normal anatomical variant.

They look like small raised flesh colored to white colored round lesions over the coronal area of penis or the head of penis.

They may also secrete small amount of waxy material, which can and should be washed frequently.

They usually develop during the puberty and may persist till adult hood.

It has no relations to any sexually transmitted diseases or lack of hygiene. And one does not require any treatment for this.

They are more common in uncircumcised men but occasionally seen in circumscribed men.

If treatment is desired, carbon dioxide laser vaporisation or electrosurgery may destroy the lesions.

Pearly penile papules have no effect at all on sexual activity. So no need to be worried about it.

Dr.Sandip
