Question: Dear Doctor, i was found white patches on my before 6-8 months ago than i m visited to a doctor, he suggest me to cut the foreskin of penis thru operation and give to "Onabet" cream to apply affected area. but i m scared and not going to him again. now my penis's foreskin is shrink and panic to me when pulling back the foreskin. During sex few cuts are appear and it is panic for 2-3 days. no problem when wearing condom. please help what to do?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to phimosis. Onabet is setraconazole for fungal infection. Applying corticosteroids like beclamethsone along with this will be helpful for your problem.

You can apply beclamethasone for 1 month along with performing exercise foreskin back and forth gently several times a day. Wear condoms while having sex.

If this condition doesn't improve even after this then circumcision is the solution. This is a simple procedure of excising the foreskin and suture it. You need 1 week rest and avoidance of sexual activity for 1 month after this. Then you will be fine.
