Question: I have pimples more likely I can say few big pimples and mostly white heads which are really irritating. I have also have black spots on my faced caused due to pricking of pimpled and white heads...I want to get my face clean and clear are there any solution creams that can help me achieve these?

I also have pimples under my chine and under neck and on back. :( I am fair and these black spots looks very bad. Please help.

Thanks for the query.
Acne and scars need a combined approach.
I treat such cases with the following regimen.
1. Apply adapalene gel in night. Keep it for an hour and wash off. Apply a mild moisturiser and sleep.
2. In early morning apply clindamycin gel and let it be there for three hours. Wash this off and apply a water based sunscreen.
Follow this for a Month you will get good response.
