Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up and sharing details.

I like to inform you that current symptoms and patch indicate highest possibility of fungal infection in which candidiasis is most often offending agent. In other words it can be stated that you are suffering with candidiasis.

Although some other disorders can present in similar manner but presence of symptoms for just two months and absence of these patches on other part of body almost excludes other possibilities.

In my opinion you can start applying ointment quadriderm which is commosed of antifungal medications and other supporting medications to prevent inflammation. In a period of three to five days you will see the desired changes.

I hope this assists you.
If you have more questions I will be glad to assist you further.

Brief Answer:
It will not eradicate fungus

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

Although you will get relief from symptoms with clobetasol but it will not affect the fungus. In my view it is not a good alternative considering the problem.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.

Mam, i checked with dermatologist and he said it can be wart but not sure and he want me to go for Laser removal treatment and send sample to lab for confirmation, but i do not want laser treatment due to side-effects.and i think doctor wants to make direct money from this.

can i use warticon 0.5% myself and will it help me in removing wart?
i read imiquimod is also for genital wart treatment.but not sure which one is best in my case.

I am very tensed now with this problem. Please suggest me better cream to use.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

Both the medicines you mentioned have potential side effects and should be used under direct supervision of your doctor. I do not endorse any of the without prescription use as it is likely to cause more harm than benefits.

In my opinion if you think there is something wrong with your doctor seek another doctor consultation. Having suspicion is ok but avoiding necessary treatment due to mere suspicion can not be considered right practice.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
