Question: well I feel great and all, had a physical done last November and I was told I am very healthy, also had blood work done twice , one by the DR's office & all came out great & another by my life insurance company all nice & I was approved. been going through an anxiety so add that to anything I feel
my issue is I have been feeling pressure on my gums , I do get the occasional gum pain by the molars & a bit of pressure mainly on the right side molar, but I goes away for weeks or months, this week again I have feelings of pressure around my gums, but it's just that pressure , I can eat normally and do activities normally. I do need to go see the dentist since I didn't have dental insurance , but I was told 5 years ago that I needed them remove because it may create pressure . I do feel some jaw pressure but it's a small tingle only.

Brief Answer:
Gum infection, impacted tooth, scaling, extraction.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the pressure in the gum is concerned, i have two possibilities.
It can be because of the gum infection secondary to the deposits. The other possible cause can be a impacted tooth. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to take a radiograph like OPG to confirm the diagnosis.
If it is a gum infection, you can get your teeth cleaned(scaling). If it is a impacted tooth, then the tooth has to be removed.
These are the possible causes, diagnosis and treatment plan based on the description of your problem. If you can upload the images of your teeth, i can give you exact diagnosis and treatment plan
I hope my answer will help you, take care.

Brief Answer:
pericoronitis, extraction of wisdom teeth.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback. I have gone through the images what you have uploaded.
The pressure feeling is because of the wisdom tooth which is partially erupted. The gums around the wisdom tooth is inflamed(pericoronitis) and resulting in gum infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get wisdom teeth removed prophylactically. These teeth are non functional.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
