Brief Answer: Exercise and healthy diet. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX I see you are having a problem with your weight. I would seriously recommend that you speak with a dietician and get a good diet plan started as soon as you can. At the same time you need to start doing cardiovascular exercises on a daily basis. Start with something like walking at least 2 km everyday and then graduate to swimming 10-15 laps when you have the stamina. Walking and swimming are some of the best cardiovascular excercises. Remember no exercise is useful unless you reach your target heart rate for at least 30minutes continuously. At your age, your target heart rate is anywhere from 120 to 160. So keep checking your pulse during your exercise frequently. From what you have mentioned in your history and medications, it seems as though you are otherwise fairly healthy. So there should be no reason that you could not start of these two things (diet and exercise right away). If these are not working for you after 6 months of EARNEST effort. Then we will have to get some bloodwork done and see why you are not losing weight. I hope this helps. Take Care. Vinay
