Suggest Treatment For Weak Immunity And Severe Itching
Question: I feel I have a very weak immune system, I keep falling sick every 15 days or so catching cold, or having stomach illness. Even if there is a small change in weather I get sick.
I also have frequent allergic reactions where in I have severe itching and small pimple like things erupting wherever allergy happens.
Please tell me what to do to improve my immunity.

Low immunity is your body's constituency and this is actually not a disease. However, i would recommend you for a few tests for diseases which makes the immunity low like Hepatitis B , C, HIV.
In case you have any loose stools, weight loss, anemia, then you should also get tested for wheat allergy that is Celiac disease.
Now, as far as allergic reactions are concerned, it seems that you are suffering from Chronic Urticaria. I would first of all advice you for Comprehensive Allergy testing panel, that would help to rule out the allergen, which can be further avoided.
For building immunity, you may try Himalayan Septilin Tablets, that improves the immunity.

I have not always had a weak immunity, my immunity got weak after I had a poor diet during my higher education and going by my health I can easily rule out the Hepatitis and HIV tests. Also, I have already taken Hepatitis injection course which further rules it out.
I also do not feel it is wheat allergy since it rarely happens in winters.
