Question: i masturbate regularly for the past 10 years. Almost once daily and even 2-3 times a day during weekends. Now i am afraid I ejaculate too early. My erections are also not sustaining hard. Getting married in 4 months.How to last longer. I eat walnuts & bananas daily, pomegranate once in 2 days and watermelon juice also. Please advise.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in frequent masturbation since many years and now facing problems related to sexual activities.

First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scientifically that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body.All the problems that you are facing now are mind related and due to anxiety.

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Though it is harmless, excessive and frequent habitual masturbation does affect quality of erection and ejaculation.Please try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports,reading ,social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate.

Thank you..
I have breakfast of whole grain oats in milk along with banana, 3-4 badam nuts, 5-6 walnuts and dates. For lunch I take rice and one egg. I have two cups of green tea and for dinner I take dosas or Roti's.
Is my diet fine Sir?
And in morning in empty stomach I take lime juice and exercise for around 20-25 minutes. I also take pomegranate every alternate day.
Please tell if these habits are all ok?
And I am not getting morning erections. Is that a problem?

I will reduce the habit slowly and stop it completely after marriage.
If there are any specific fruits or foods that will help enhance erections please advise.

And one last question what do you feel is the normal interval between masturbation for a normal guy without drinking/ smoking habits and all the habits I follow?
