Brief Answer:
Most likely due to gastritis, antiemetic and acid reducing agent will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Most common cause of vomiting with fever in this age is gastritis may be due to viral infection.
Antiemetic like ondensetron and acidic reducing agent like ranitidine/lansoprazole helps in relieving vomiting. Dolopar contains paracetamol and helps in fever. Please get the medications prescribed by your doctor.
Frequent vomiting may cause dehydration. So early treatment is needed.Sometimes vomiting is more after giving milk. You may try water or ORS to prevent dehydration. Watch for signs of dehydration like lethargy/irritability or decreased urinary frequency and if you notice any please consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Brief Answer:
Avoid banana, juices, citrus fruits and other cold items

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

I won't suggest you to give banana as it contains chemicals which can stimulate cough. Similarly juices, citrus fruits like oranges, spicy goods and other cold items should also be avoided.
Give easily digestible high energy diet. You may give soups, coffee etc. There is no specific restriction apart from the above mentioned items.
I hope he will be OK within next 3-5 days.
