Question: I threw up for example yesterday I threw up twice the day before I threw up once sometimes I don't threw up for sever weeks and then it happens I am diebitic, bi-polar, thyroid and high cholesterol I.take medication for all and have no insurance just retire (63)

You need to take some antiemetic like ondansetron as and when needed, especially before taking food (15 min-30 min prior to feeds). The mainstay of treatment is breast milk and ORS (oral rehydration solution). Unless the lost salts and fluids are replenished you may become dehydrated. If the urinary frequency comes down it indicates dehydration and calls for additional supplementation of fluids. You could also benefit from taking omeprazole once daily before breakfast.
