Brief Answer:
nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the reports.
Based on the history and reports it looks like urinary tract infection as pus cells are more in urine test.
Your doctor has rightly diagnosed and prescribed medicines.
Netromax is safe.
You need to get urine culture done.
If fever persists you need to consult your doctor again.
You are on the right track
Follow up with your doctor and complete the antibiotic course ( oral or injection) .
Usually urinary tract infection requires atleast a week of antibiotics.
Repeat urine test after a week to see if infection has responded well to antibiotics.
Currently you need to continue Netromax or oral antibiotics and wait for urine culture report ( get it done if not already sent).
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.

There is no fever now.
I have read on internet that Netromax injection will not work in Urinary Tract Infection. Is it true....
We already gave one dose of Netromax and 2 are still pending. Last time when he was having stool infection then after single dose we see the improvement but this time there is no improvement after the single dose. Please advice.

possible

Urinary tract infection can present with diarrhoea vomiting and poor appetite.
It is because of inflammatory mediators produced by the body.

How Urine infection occur. What should we do to avoid so that URINE infection does not occur again.
We already have proper hygiene i.e. clean bed, mattresses, water no outside food, changing diapers and nappy's as soon as it is wet.

Brief Answer:
from stools

Detailed Answer:
Urine infection happens from bacteria present in stools contaminating the urine passage from below.
It is good that you maintain proper hygiene.
Restrict use of diapers to minimum as that can cause frequent urinary tract infection.
When you clean his genital and anal region always clean from front to back to avoid bacteria coming to front.
Other possibility is presence of any anatomical reasons for urinary tract infection like Reflux.
This can be ruled out by getting ultrasound scan which is a must in babies below one year with confirmed urinary tract infection ( requires urine culture)
