Brief Answer:
As such there is no direct drug to increase Vit. D

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back.

1. Since weight is more in accordance with age, thus rule out any endocrinal disorder ( thyroid/blood sugar) as routine.

2. Best source of Vit. D is sunshine thus:
. 9 a.m. in morning and 4 p.m. in evening is best.

3. Reosteo is Ayurveda drug providing calcium in natural form thus eliminating abnormal level of calcium and vitamin D in blood and since herbs present in it has anti inflammatory, analgesic, anti oxidant properties thus is very good for your present conditions

4. You should continue with Alendronate but since your AGE is less, one can take Reosteo to prevent bone loss, and also for associated stmptoms.
PS. Shatavri is the best drug/herb for your present condition.
