Vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query on Health Care Magic

I do understand your concern

With such presentations in my clinic, I would first rule out benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and it is very common. Diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical examinations only. Treatment which we advise to our patient is [canalith repositioning] for which you need to visit a doctor and he will guide you how to do it and after that do it on your own at home.so no medication is required for it at all. You can be advised few preventive steps like this-

1)Be aware of possibility of losing your balance which can lead to injury

2)Sit down immediately when you feel spinning sensation

3)use good light if you get up from bed at night

So nothing to be worried about it

Please let me know if you have further questions before meeting your doctor

Thanks and wish you a good health
