Question: The moment I opened my eyes this morning the room was spinning. I had a bit of dizziness yesterday. This is worse. What should I do?

Thank you. I have dramamine for motion sickness when traveling. Didn't think of using that. I am sure it will help. Seems better already. Really appreciate your quick reply. Have a lovely day. Thanks again

Brief Answer:
It is Vertigo most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely vertigo. This can be mostly benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
But better to check your blood pressure and blood sugar to rule out those problems as high blood pressure and blood sugar also can cause this.
Dramamine or diphenhydamine is available as OTC to get relief from vertigo. You can take dramamine 50mg 6 hourly.
If there is no improvement then better to consult an ENT specialist to rule out the cause of vertigo.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
