Suggest Treatment For Vascular Tumor In Pre-aortic Organ

Question: my sister Age 42 having an vascular tumor in her pre arotic organ and doctor suggest for CT scan and FNAC test and the reports are as below .
1.extensive retroperitoneal adenopathy with encasement of vascular structure-lymphoproleferative disease
2.hepatosplenomegaly
3.b/l mild hydronephrosis(due to ureteric compression by the retroperitoneal mass)
in FNAC report there is no cancer found .
Please suggest the best treatment for the same.

Thanks for your query.

This appears to be a lymphoma, a type of cancer of the lymph glands. However, we need a CT guided trucut biopsy from the mass to confirm the diagnosis and the type of lymphoma. FNAC is not sufficient and sometimes it is negative.

I would strongly suggest you to take her to any reputed oncology center and get the biopsy done.

Even if this is a lymphoma, in this age it is mostly curable with treatment.

My sister is staying in XXXXXXX and please suggest where can we get the test to be done ,we can get this test anywhere in XXXXXXX is this test is happening correctly in XXXXXXX or we need to test it in XXXXXXX only ?
