Brief Answer:
you need a general surgeon's opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXX, thanks for posting on HCM.
Varicose veins is a condition where the valves or perforators of leg are not functioning well hence there is tortuosity of superficial veins of legs.
The surgical treatment for varicose veins is the last option to go for if all other ways are not working.
Basically the surgeon needs to examine the varicose veins for questions like- how many perforators are incompetent? What is the severity of the varicosities? Can it be managed without surgery? So on
For this it is very important for a surgeon to actually examine the leg and perform few clinical tests to arrive at diagnosis and treatment modality for your condition.
There are non-surgical ways like - life style modification, compression bands. Other ways are sclerotherapy, laser surgery and stripping of vein which is purely surgical procedure.
Hence the point of me explaining all this is that as you have not consulted any doctor before for the problem, the veins need to be examined by a surgeon and comment whether it needs surgery or not.
I hope I have given satisfactory answer to your query, if you still have any more query kindly write back to me and I will be happy to help.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
I do not know hospitals in XXXXXXX but can guide you

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
A very good morning to you.
Thanks for following up with me on this question.
Sir it depends on the area in XXXXXXX where you reside and hospitals and vascular surgeons in and around your area.
As I am from XXXXXXX it will be difficult for me to suggest you any hospital as I wdo not know which area you reside and also not much knowledge about hospitals in XXXXXXX
I am very sorry I am not able to provide you any help with this.
But i can give you few suggestions. If you have health insurance you can ask the company which all hospitals are tied up with the company and choose among the available options according to hospital popularity.
You can ask the same doctor who subjected you to do doppler and diagnosed the condition, about the best hospital for surgery.
I wish you get the best of it and have speedy recovery.
If you have any more queries kindly write back.
Thank you
