Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

Question: I have much itching on my vulva and it goes away during period but comes back if i dont drink a LOT of water. It got worse and the area was bleeding. I cant see any rash, but when wiping the area there was rash-like blood on the toilet paper. My period just ended and it got a bit worse. I got a really bad headache, now its fine. I dont have any weird discharge, had a little yeast (white cheesy type discharge) but its mostly gone. I did get a bacteria/virus in mexico when i was 5, which was a lung issue for many years and finally went away. But i always had skin issues (boils, etc) after puberty especially. I dont know if the bacteria is gone, but my skin is a bit better, my lungs are fine, but my lower vulva area is itchy and has a bit of a rash. I have a dull headache as well. All of a sudden. More information please ask. I dont like to do drugs, so i prefer a diagnosis more than drug suggestions. But please let me know what you think. I might have sat on a toilet seat that was bad? I dont know... Help. Im really really healthy otherwise. I eat only organic food, i have lots of natural remedies, im very healthy. So thats why this is odd.

Brief Answer:
You need a detailed gynecologic exam

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
As per your scenario all the symptoms you have mentioned Can be due to any infection or contact dermatitis.

First you should have a gynecologic exam with a vaginal swab to exclude infection.

If it will be negative than Symptoms can be due to contact dermatitis.

During this time try with Sitz baths and over the counter creams contain steroids.
Try to use and Probiotics like Yovita.
If you are using any vaginal douches, please stop using them.

All the best

The thing is it doesnt have any rash look. It just itches. No rash shows up. And its only in the vulva area. Ive had some skin problems in the past, but theyre mostly just boils or small pimples. What could a vulva thing be? I dont go to hospitals so i am wondering what a natural solution might be. Also wondering because my muscles feel tired and my body feels very overly tired.

Brief Answer:
It may be an irritation of your skin

Detailed Answer:
hi dear again!
Whether you have a vulvar skin problem and you haven't any other symptom you are just prone to irritation, gentle care of the area is a must.

Hence follow these advice and be calm ,because stress can worsen itching.

Wear loose clothing.
Choose cotton underwear (and go without when at home).
To cleanse the area, use your fingers instead of a washcloth and an unscented, nonalkaline cleanser .
Soak for five minutes in lukewarm water to remove any residue of sweat or lotions or other products.
XXXXXXX dry, and apply any prescribed medication or a soothing and protective substance such as Vaseline or olive oil.

While you feel tired ,have no relation with vulvar itching.
Have you done any blood test to exclude anemia ?
Do you practice exercises?

All the best

Hi. It just seems to be vulvar skin issue (a little bleeding and itcy) with a little bit of yeast discharge. Discharge isnt smelly, just smells like yeast. Its been going on for some time.

The flu is also going around and i did get the flu. So i guess my immune system was weakened? But im feeling better. Im just concerned i might have some infection. I have had sex in the past, but all was safe sex. So, i dont know. But i do know ive had skin issues since i was young. Which was before sex. I did a blood test and all came back normal and healthy, just with a bit low iron and low vitamin a.

I will follow your advice. I guess whenever i look up the symptoms i have they are close to STD's or cancer and I get nervous and stressed, and then i get worse because i get stressed about being stressed.

I only wear cotton underwear and i wear cotton shorts in the house (no underwear). No washcloth i use also. I dont have any perscribed medication. The yeast stuff doesnt work. :( olive oil is good?
I dint have anemia, my iron is a little low but within normal range. And whenever i exercise the boils get worse.... :( i dont know what to do.

Could my symptoms be viral? Maybe when i sat on a toilet seat? Or something? My chest also got a severe reaction as well, with tiny white heads which looked like a very bad rash, it went away with a lot of different natural things. Could that be connected?

Thank you!

Any more suggestions or info as to what might be happening, let me know. Im stressed :(

Brief Answer:
Be calm

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for trusting to us.

As per your scenario it seems to be a vulvar skin issue with a little yeast infection .
Both of them could worsen from excess stress you may have and low immunity .
Hence be calm and try to use rich diet with vitamins, like fruits and vegetables and much more water .
During this time you have vulvar skin issue just remove fried and spicy foods ,because they can aggravate skin problems .
Try to follow all advice I have mentioned above.
Olive oil can help you .

Genital symptoms that you refer have no relation with STI ,especially while you have had protected intercourse and actually you aren't sexually active.

Rash on your chest can be due to a viral infection, while you refer that you feel tired or an allergic reaction from any food you have consumed .

If your iron is within low normal range try to use iron rich foods like yolk egg, beans red meat ect .

And the best for you is to be calm and to practice regular exercises ,especially walking for about 30 min per day .

All the best
