Brief Answer:
GO FOR VAGINAL SWAB and per vaginam examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern I will attempt to assist .
You have some episodes of vaginal infection and you have treat them with fluconazole and metronidazole but you havent done any vaginal swab to determine the cause of these infection and the proper treatment for yeast infection ( it may be resistant to the fluconazole) because you have yeast infection symptoms and bacterial vaginosis symptoms .

Vaginal bleeding may be from the inflammation of the cervix ,causing cervicitis.
Hence you should do a vaginal examination .

Make vaginal douches with diluted betadine for two times per day and be calm .

All the best
