Brief Answer:
Need to examine the blisters, rule out/confirm herpes; head lice treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you do not mind sending me a clear image of the region effected with blisters, it would help me establish a more accurate diagnosis for you and then direct treatment accordingly. In majority of cases, blisters with a clear presentation around the genitalia is a presentation indicative of herpes infection. For this reason, I wish to examine the reason visually and only then confirm it. Herpes can be treated with a round of anti-viral medication to suppress the virus.

As for the parasites living on your scalp, these could be head lice and I would recommend the use of:

+Over-the-counter lice medication to be applied over the scalp
+Anti-lice shampoo
+Wash your scalp regularly
+Comb your hair with a specified comb that helps remove the lice from the scalp; also make sure you kill them when you catch them on this comb. Ask around to help find this comb, they are also called nit combs
+Avoid contact with school children for a while, if at all do
+The course of the medications should last for at least 14 days, as one cycle of the lice lasts about 5-7 days, and so once the eggs re-hatch they will last another 5-7 days and so we need to eradicate at least two life cycles to ensure a lice-free head

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
