Brief Answer:
You need to be examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns about high CA 125.

High CA 125 levels are seen during conditions other than uterine cancer also such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory diseases or ovarian cancer.

But this could also means reactivation of a metastatic lesion. Therefore I suggest you get examined by your oncologist again soon.

Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
