Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infections

Question: Hi I have a urinary tract infections that are rare, I have taken an antibiotic and completed the dose, but I am still feeling ill. It was Enterococcus and Aerococcus, I recently left my husband and starting having sex with one additional partner and this is what I got. What can I do to stop the infections?

The best way is to do a urine culture to confirm whether this germ was completely eradicated or not.
