Brief Answer:
Please do culture and sensitivity of the urine

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,

With provided incomplete information. I suggest you to do Grams staining and culture and sensitivity of the urine.

10 days therapy with no response raises suspicious of ceftum resistance organism. Once you have report in your hand, you can take the treatment according to your report. It will surely clear up your infection with complete course of antibiotics.

Please consult your doctor before taking the drug,
Glad to answer your further concern.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of stone and infection is likely...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,

It is likely that at this time also there is a stone in the kidney, which is causing a infection. This stone also contributes to the RBC and pus cells.

It is advised to do ultrasonography of KUB (Kidney Ureter and Bladder) for detailed information for stone and other morphological abnormality if present.

Culture and Sensitivity will helps in combating the infection with antibiotic resistant organisms.

Glad to answer your further concern.
