Brief Answer:
Periodical follow up is advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

Many of your symptoms and urinary infection are related to urinary stasis secondary to BPH/prostatomegaly.

This needs careful follow up of the prostate size through semi annual ultrasound.

The definitive treatment is surgical resection of prostate.

Meanwhile drugs like Finasteride and Tamsulosin will help to control the growth of the prostate and prevent infections.
These drugs have to be taken under strict medical supervision.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
