Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence In An Elderly Person
Question: i am 75 i habve a 2.0 psa and no cancer but i have occasional incontinence because if i can't reach a bathroom fast enough i lose control is the aa over the counter drug that would help

2) Have you ever being investigated for enlarged prostate ?
consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Uroflowmetry
4) Urodynamic study .
There are no drugs available over the counter to resolve the issue
You need to take Tomsulosin and Darifenacin once daily to control urgency for urination and improve urine flow .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis..
