Brief Answer:
GIVE YOURSELF A FEW MORE DAYS TO ADJUST.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
You cannot switch pills midcycle.
If you wish to switch to Diane, you need to start a fresh pack after your period.
Give yourself a few more days to adjust to XXXXXXX
Just 4 days is too less.
Give yourself a week more.
The symptoms would improve.
Regarding the blood in the sputum, shortness of breath, please have a physician's opinion regarding that as it is not a common or trivial side effect.
If all the pills are making you so morbid, you need to stop taking them.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

I understand.
But if the side effects are intolerable, it is better not to take pills.
I think XXXXXXX is the right pill for you, give yourself a few more days.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
EXPLAINED.

Detailed Answer:
It is estrogen that is responsible for your feminine curves, skin and hair. XXXXXXX has the same formulation of estrogen as Diane, so you need not worry.
COntinue with XXXXXXX for a few more days and see.
