Thanks for the query

It looks like you are suffering from side effect of levaquin. It is a known side effect of levofloxacin

Here is how you should go about it

1. tab acetaminophen three times a day will help reduce the pain. A better drug would be aceclofenac twice a day ( requires prescription )
2. diclofenac gel three times a day over the tender areas
3. apply ice pack over the tender areas for instant relief
4. Please approach your local doctor for examination and investigation of the symptoms worsen
