Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
I have seen the report.
But I need some details to help you better:
1. What problems she had for which she had to undergo endoscopy at such a young age?
2. Any history of frequent loose motions?
3. Any history of of pain killer intake?
4. Any redning of eyes frequently?
5. Any joint pains?
6. Was she tested for h.pylori infection when endoscopy was done?

Revert with the details and then please mention her problems that she had in details.

Brief Answer:
Detail follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
As per your description it fits into Acid Peptic Disease.
Lactose intolerance is a possibility if she got relieved on stopping the dairy products.
Biospy however is inconclusive for malabsorption syndrome so acid Peptic Disease remains the first diagnosis and second is irritable bowel syndrome (Constipation predominant)
I advise you following which you should discuss with your doctor before acting upon:
1. To either get her tested for h.pylori or presumably give her treatment.
2. To avoid any pain killers as they aggrave the condition more.
3. To give her Tab Pantoprazole and Sucralfate with Oxetaine syrup.
4. To give her soft bland diet.
5. Mebeverine can be given for pain as on when required basis.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
