Take treatment as advised and follow precautions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Unilateral headache or frontal headache can be due to migraine. Kindly answer the following questions so that I can pinpoint the diagnosis.
Is there any associated nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Any visual blurring?
Any aggravating or relieving factors?
Any other illness or medications?

Take pain killers like aceclofenac or naproxen for a week.
Avoid fasting, excessive tea or coffee.
