Certain investigations need to be done to differentiate between these various lesions.
These investigations are - platelet count, bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombin time, activated thromboplastin time and INR.
You may consult your hematologist for prescription of these tests.
These tests will identify the most probable cause of bruising.
