Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the images.
Yes I can see a few ill-defined darker patches...one on the right side of face and another near the angle of mouth on left. They seem to be post inflammatory in nature..possibly a fixed drug eruption.
You mentioned that you recently had an allergic reaction. I would like to know to what sort of reaction?what was it possibly due to?was it to some drug/medicine that you were taking for some other illness?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Sunscreen durung day and mometasone furoate cream at night

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have reviewed the attachments.

All that remains now are these ill defined hyperpigmented patches which are most likely postinflammatory in nature. I suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day e.g Suncros soft sunscreen (SPF 50). Reapply every 2-3 hrs on face. At night I suggest you to use mometasone furoate 0.1% cream (either Momate cream Or Elocon cream) for these pigmented patches. Use it for 2-3 weeks.
Use a moisturizer (e.g cetaphil moisturizing cream or bdnusia cream) on face before you apply mometasone fuorate cream

Brief Answer:
Contact your General Practitioner for a prescription of mometasone furoate

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Kindly request your GP for the prescription. You can find a sunscreen over the counter, however, mometasone furoate is available only on prescription.
Continue with cetaphil moisturizing cream once daily at night before you apply mometasone furoate 0.1% cream
