Brief Answer:
You should get an FNAC or BIOPSY of the Lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, all tests are normal except enlarged lymph nodes.

I prefer to get an FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) of the Lymph node. If it is inconclusive, it's better to remove the lymph node and send for Histopathological examination (Biopsy). Exact cause can be identified. It could be due to simple bacterial infection also.
Nothing to worry.

Please consult your doctor and proceed further.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
