It could either be Herpes ulcers or aphthous ulcers.

Hi,
Welcome back.

Frankly speaking even this film is not clear.

From what I can perceive, it could either be Herpes ulcers or aphthous ulcers. Both ulcers are very painful.

As you know, herpes ulcers are usually sexually transmitted.
Aphthous ulcers are reactionary ulcers. They are not sexually transmitted. They usually follow an acute illness like, tonsillitis, upper respiratory infection etc.

The only way to differentiate between the two is by ulcer swab culture and sensitivity. So please consult doctor.
