Question: Sir, fever of typhoid comes from last 15days medicines course aldy completed, but he is feel sickness, the above fever comes 3 times within a year..his widal test as under. Story 1:160,sth:1:80,span 20,spbh 20, used tab,zanocin200,solo 650,ink ceftriaxone IP,ofloxacin tab200. Dolo650 .PSE suggest me.

I think the best option is to do a blood culture and antibiotic sensitivity for drug that works.
Also in my experience--age old Chloramphenicol sometimes works when all other antibiotics fail.
Your doctor may like to do a blood culture and meanwhile start Chloramphenicol with monitoring of blood counts every third day.
