Brief Answer:
Medicines are proper

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

A positive Widal test (1:320) as confirmed by a blood culture indicates typhoid fever. Usually they are sensitive to azithromycin and cefixime. You need to continue them as directed. Also give tepid sponging. Continue to give paracetamol as and when needed. I do not see a requirement to change any medicine.

Feel free to ask back.

Regards
Brief Answer:
Coconut water can be given

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. You can give him coconut water. Anything wholesome low on oil can be given as food. Give him plenty of water to drink. Also give him green leafy vegetables as that will help in constipation. If constipation persists, you may give lactulose syrup.

Let me know if I could help further. I do not see a report attached but you have already clarified the reports and they are not essential to attach.
