Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Localized twitching of bicep muscle region without any movements in fingers may not be seizures.
Localized twitching can be benign muscle twitching or wasting with faciculations due to radiculopathy.
If there is no pain, neck pain, wasting of muscles in biceps region, then it will improve on its own.
Avoid lifting heavy objects and take calcium and multivitamins supplements.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
