Brief Answer:
Stop masturbation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query.
I think I will be able to help you.

I feel that if you enjoy sex and masturbation, the chances are that the masturbation is hampering you. I feel that the stopping of this practice may help you significantly, and without medication.

What happens is that when you masturbate, as you get more excited, your rhythm changes and this is much more different than the rhythm at the time of intercourse. One gets used to this rhythm and therefore the find gets attuned to it. We have to stop this practice in your case and retune the body to the rhythm of intercourse.

Therefore I suggest you stop the pracice of masturbation and help yourself.

I hope that the answer helps you.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible,

Thank you for your answer.

Even though your reply sounds correct in theory, my problem is that I have lost sensation. My girlfriend masturbates me, and it feels good, but there is not enough sensation to achieve orgasm. Even oral sex does not bring me to climax, when all these used to before!

Is there anything I can eat, take, or do, to help the situation?

Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Eat almonds and raspberry

Detailed Answer:
Well if you really want to try the dietary changes, I suggest almonds and raspberry. These two things are known to have effects. Blue berry is good too. I still suggest abstaining.

I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Best of luck
Dr Mittal.
