Brief Answer:
urgent surgical consultation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello 007,

As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

I advise you to urgently see a surgeon or Urologist.
The reason is, it may need a minor surgical stitch to control the bleeding point.
As it's done under local anesthesia, you'll be discharged soon after that.
By putting on ice packs, the bleeding may not stop, and may recur.
Do not touch the bleeding area or tamper with it in any way.
In case you are suffering from pain, you may take Tablet Ibuprofen, But I recommend you to seek immediate help.
Hope you follow this and there's no delay in treatment.
Wish you good health.

Hi Doctor.

This happened last night and its been more than 12hrs now. The bleeding completely stopped last night itself.

I saw that the tear happened close to the part where the frenulum connects to the urethra .

Im not in pain . its just that when i try to pull the skin down i experience pain.

I'm at a place where the quality of health care is not really high .

Should i still see a doctor ?

Brief Answer:
advised to have a curative treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

Yes,you should see a doctor.
The reason is, this is known to bleed repeatedly, especially, if you try to masturbate or have sex. One stitch alone is curative treatment.

Hope you can understand that.

Wish you well.
