Brief Answer:
seems likely to be wisdom tooth infection .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I have read your answers. Pain seems likely to be due wisdom tooth secondary caries (infection). If you have radiograph of restored wisdom tooth kindly upload in reports section . If you dont have then I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for clinical examination of tooth and investigation like Radiograph for proper diagnosis . Inmeantime I will suggest you to do warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times a day . For pain you can take medicine like Ibugesic plus or Diclomol by consulting with local doctor .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
